A leading provider of shareholder recordkeeping and servicing solutions sought to modernize its infrastructure and customer service operations. By leveraging cloud computing, intelligent automation, and AI-powered virtual assistants, we built an AI-driven solution for our client to automate document processing, optimize database migration, and enhance real-time shareholder support.

Challenge

  • Database Migration Complexity: Migrating 9-10TB SQL Server databases to Azure required maintaining high availability, performance, and minimal downtime.

  • Automation & Integration Gaps: Ensuring seamless integration of extracted data with internal systems and automating infrastructure deployment was essential.

Solution

  • Design and implemented a cloud-optimized, AI-powered shareholder servicing platform that integrates real-time virtual assistance, automated document processing, and seamless SQL Server migration to Azure, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness for shareholder support

  • Designed a hybrid migration approach for SQL Server databases (up to 9-10TB) to Azure with minimal downtime.

  • Automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform for scalability and efficient deployment.

  • Implemented OCR solutions with resolution checks, noise reduction, and skew correction for accurate data extraction.

  • Leveraged Azure Computer Vision and Document Intelligence for precise text recognition.

  • Used OpenAI Whisper for live transcription and Mistral 8x7B for summarizing shareholder calls.

  • Integrated real-time APIs to fetch live account balances, trade details, and other shareholder data.
