The 1TEAM Application is powered by a HIPAA-compliant AWS cloud infrastructure. Th application is covered by the AWS BAA and can be used to store, process, and transmit Protected Health Information under HIPAA. The project included 2 Native Mobile Applications (iOS & Android) and 2 Responsive Web Applications. Built using React.JS and Python, running on Amazon Web Services.
Overview:
Utilize technology to improve surgical efficiency of Operating Rooms by tracking every second of the operation room, identifying problem areas early, and saving team valuable time.
Challenge:
Operating Rooms are bogged down by sub-optimal processes, reactive communication, and ambiguous measurements. It is increasingly very difficult to measure the efficiency of Operating Rooms and almost impossible to identify issues in the surgical process using data
Solution:
1Team Surgical addresses these issues by providing a patient-centered software platform focused on flow efficiency, improving operating room effectiveness through effortless communication, radical time transparency, and predictive analytics. It will become the gold standard for hospitals and surgery centers throughout the world.

Impact:
Because our client was able to receive analytic data immediately, utilize real-time dashboards, and democratized data to determine process cycle times during the patient journey, they were able to make key decisions to improve patient satisfaction, make efficient use of operating rooms and maximize surgeon schedules.
